Small range of dress making material. Range of Black Pepper tops and pants sizes 16-18. Older style pure wool hand knitted jumpers. Magnificent best ever black winter coat made of wool and cashmere. This is a generous size 16 and ankle length. It is the only winter coat you will ever need as it will last a long time if cared for. Knee length leather jacket. Some small furniture including small bookshelves, wing back chair, recliner chair and two old cupboards which could do with a modern repaint or make excellent garage storage. Bric-a-Brac. Brand new wheelchair, walker and large ramp. NO TOOLS, but maybe storage for the shed options?
